TUMOR ANTIGEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide having all the functions of a tumor antigen recognized by HLA-A2-restricted CTL or HLA-A24-restricted CTL, an antigen against the peptide, a compound having interaction with the peptide, a CTL-inducing agent comprising the peptide, a medicinal composition containing one or more of these, a method of identification of a compound having interaction with the peptide, a method of inducing the CTL using the peptide, a method of determination of the peptide or the antigen and a reagent kit used in the method of identification and the method of determination. SOLUTION: Description are presented on the determination and the application of the tumor antigen peptide inducing HLA-A2-restricted CTL or HLA-A24-restricted CTL from the peripheral mononuclear blood cells of prostate cancer patients based on the amino acid sequences of protein PSA, PSM and PSCA known as markers for prostate cancer.
