Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt kneading device which inhibits a thermoplastic resin composition from adhering to a vent opening and a metalware bottom, also inhibits vent-up, continuously removes volatile matters, and achieves low-void thermoplastic resin pellets since cracked gas and volatile components generated in an extruder are pulled out of the thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: The melt kneading device of thermoplastic resin composition is composed of: a feeding section A; a melt kneading section B; a volatile matter removing section C; and a discharge section, wherein the volatile matter removing section C is equipped with a heating unit.
