DEVICE FOR DETECTING POSITION OF SEAL BREAKER OF CORRUGATED CARDBOARD SHEET FOR BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly examine the dislocation of a relative position between the seal breaker and the cut line of a corrugated cardboard sheet for a box before shipment. SOLUTION: A CCD camera for photographing a part where a liner cut 12 as the seal breaker and the cut line 13 forming a grip part are interengaged in the width direction on the inner surface side of the corrugated cardboard sheet 10 for the box is set. From an image photographed by the CCD camera, the relative position in the width direction between the liner cut 12 and the cut line 13 is detected from the quantity δ of the dislocation between the central positions in the width direction of both. When the quantity δ of the dislocation exceeds a prescribed threshold, by judging the corrugated cardboard sheet 10 to be a defective, the dislocation of the relative position between the liner cut 12 and the cut line 13 of the corrugated cardboard sheet 10 can be examined exactly before shipment.
