SPINDLE AND APPARATUS FOR CARRYING MATERIAL TO BE TREATED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle capable of stably rotating and carrying a material to be treated in spite of the weight of the material to be treated even in the case of forcible rotation and effectively keeping the stability of a rotating mechanism, and an apparatus for carrying the material to be treated which is provided with the same. SOLUTION: The spindle in the apparatus for carrying the material to be treated which has a first bearing and a second bearing as a plurality of bearings, moves in the horizontal direction by being placed on a moving means and rotates by the contact with a forcible rotating member is provided with following (a)-(c), that are (a) a rotary supporting member mounted to a rotary shaft fixed to the moving means to be rotatable with the first bearing, (b) a contact driving member having a contact surface in contact with the forcible rotating member, provided with the second bearings in the upper side and the lower side of the contact surface and fixed to the rotary supporting member and (c) a support rod member for placing the material to be treated and fixed to the contact driving member.
