SOLUTION: A tube current controller of an X-ray CT in angiography of a coronary artery using an X-ray CT apparatus having a multi-row detector includes a tube current adjustment table retaining part 8 to retain data of a tube current adjustment table wherein a plurality of tube current values are respectively made corresponding to a plurality of sections for standard deviations of CT values, a standard deviation calculation part 3 to calculate standard deviations of CT values from coronary artery images before imaging of a subject, and a control part 3 to specify a tube current value corresponding to a calculated standard deviation to produce control signals for CT scanning after imaging with a specified tube current.
