Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of preventing occurrence of a failure caused by an uncured anisotropic conductive adhesive material in an electronic component mounting region. SOLUTION: This organic EL panel 100 is provided with an organic EL element including: a positive electrode 102; a negative electrode 104 facing to the positive electrode 102; and a luminescent layer arranged between the positive electrode 102 and the negative electrode 104. The organic EL panel 100 is also provided with: an extraction wire 109 for supplying a signal to the positive electrode 102; a driver IC 110 connected to the extraction wire 109 through an anisotropic conductive adhesive material 115; and a protective insulation film 116 arranged around the driver IC 110, and formed between the extraction wire 109 and an uncured part 117 of the anisotropic adhesive 115.
