SEESAW BUTTON DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seesaw button device having no backlash in a seesaw button over a long period of time, and having no dirt on the seesaw button and a panel. SOLUTION: In this seesaw button device, since an elastic body 7 is interposed between a protrusion 6 provided in either one of a mounting member 1 and a seesaw button 3 and a hole 2 provided in the other of the mounting member 1 and the seesaw button 3, and the elastic body 7 is brought into elastic contact with the protrusion 6 and the hole 2, the protrusion 6 is held by the elastic body 7 so as to have no gap between it and the hole 2, the seesaw button 3 has no backlash over a long period of time, and in addition, the elastic body 7 will not drain out even if it is used for a long period of time. Thereby, the seesaw button device having no dirt on the seesaw button 3 and the panel 10 and no switching failure in a contact can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
