NURSING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND NURSING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the act of nursing in order to properly execute the act of nursing. SOLUTION: A problem preparation support part 30 supports the preparation of the items of nursing problems cooperatively with a first database 32 for a patient. A plan preparation support part 34 retrieves a second database 36 based on the prepared items of the nursing problem in order to support the preparation of the nursing plan. An instruction part 38 instructs the execution of the nursing items included in the prepared nursing plan cooperatively with a third database 40. A communication part 52 accepts the execution results of the nursing items, and outputs them to a recording part 60. A nurse inputs evaluations to the execution results of the nursing items to an operation device 62. The input evaluations are recorded in the recording part 60. A management part 56 associates the mutually corresponding items among the items of the nursing problem, the nursing items included in the nursing plan, the execution results and evaluations stored in the recording part 60.
