Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search the optimum bypass road met to preference of a user. SOLUTION: An input part 19 receives an input of preference information of the user as to road search, and a storage part 16 stores the input preference information, in an on-vehicle machine 10. The preference information includes a parameter serving as a judgement reference value as to the propriety of searching the bypass road by the control part 13. The control part 13 acquires traffic information prepared based on a road situation or the like acquired by a road side DSRC transceiver, by push distribution. The control part 13 searches the optimum bypass road for the user, based on the traffic information and the preference information, when an attention calling level included in the traffic information is the judgement reference value or more.
