SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 25-86 mass% of (A) a polyester elastomer, 2-63 mass% of (B) polybutylene terephthalate, 7-30 mass% of (C) carbon fiber, and 5-66 mass% of (D) a halogen-based flame retardant containing a halogenated bisphenol A-type epoxy resin(d1).
