Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptidomimetic compound useful as a protease inhibitor, particularly as a serine protease inhibitor and more particularly as a hepatitis C NS3 protease inhibitor. SOLUTION: The peptidomimetic compound useful as a protease inhibitor, particularly as a serine protease inhibitor and more particularly as a hepatitis C NS3 protease inhibitor, its intermediate and its preparation method including a novel steroselective process to the intermediate are provided. A pharmaceutical composition and a method of using the compound for inhibiting HCV protease or treating a patient suffering from an HCV infection or a physiological condition related to the infection are also provided.
