Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide panel transporting device and method which prevent building panels from being broken during transportation, and facilitate panel loading/unloading work etc. SOLUTION: In implementation of the panel transporting device, engaging tools 2 are attached to side edges of the rectangular panels 1 at four locations mutually opposed to each other. Each engaging tool 2 is made of a cushioning material such as a foamed synthetic resin and a rubber, and formed so as to have a recessed groove 3 in a side surface, and to have an almost U-shape in longitudinal cross section. The engaging tool 2 allows a side edge of the panel 1 to be detachably fitted into the recessed groove 3. Further, the panel 1 is transported in a flat piled state or a propped state with the engaging tools 2 attached thereto. The engaging tools 2 has cushioning properties imparted thereto, and functions to prevent the panel 1 from being broken due to vibration, impact, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
