MOBILE COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND ROUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a packet whose hand-over destination router is addressed to a mobile node to the mobile node in the system wherein a layer 3 address of the mobile node is unchanged when the mobile node hands over between routers in a domain. SOLUTION: When an AR_2 of a handover destination receives a tunnel establishment solicitation message including an L2 address and an IP address of the MN (mobile node), the AR_2 generates a proxy neighbor cache to which the L2 address and the IP address of the MN correspond, establishes a tunnel between aggregation ARs AggAR, buffers the packet addressed to the MN and received from the AggAR, and transmits the packet addressed to the MN having been buffered when the MN hands over to itself to the MN on the basis of the proxy neighbor cache.
