Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for an organic EL element, which has good insulation performance between a light shielding part and a transparent electrode. SOLUTION: This filter for the organic EL element has the transparent substrate 2, the light shielding part 3 formed in a pattern shape on the transparent substrate 2 while containing a resin and a coloring agent and having insulation, a coloring layer 5 formed in the opening part of the light shielding part 3 on the transparent substrate 2, and an overcoat layer formed on the light shielding part 3 and the coloring layer 5. The volume resistance of the light shielding part 3 is not less than 107Ωcm, and the thickness of the overcoat layer 6 is not more than 5μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
