Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain three-dimensional navigation by discriminating highly accurately a three-dimensional position including the height, even inside an underground shopping area or in a building, without using GPS. SOLUTION: Three-dimensional positional information is read by a two-dimensional bar code reading part 101 from a storage medium (two-dimensional bar code) arranged on a predetermined place, and navigation information corresponding to the three-dimensional position information, for example, three-dimensional map information, route information, spot explanation information or the like is read from a navigation information storage part 105, and the present position, the traveling route, the spot explanation or the like is notified to the person carrying a portable terminal device by an image display part 107 and a voice conversion part 111, to thereby perform the three-dimensional navigation.
