Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetically levitated cushion device stabilizing a load support state by securing vertical levitation strokes long to reduce the occurrence of bound-over. SOLUTION: A magnet presser plate 10 moved up and down integrally with a load supporting shaft 7 is fixed to a part located inside a casing 2 of the load supporting shaft 7 held in a vertically movable manner. Upper magnets 11 and lower magnets 12 allowing the load supporting shaft 7 to freely move up and down are provided between the lower face of the magnet presser plate 10 and the bottom part of the casing 2 within the casing 2, and the required number of intermediate magnets 13 allowing the load supporting shaft 7 to freely move up and down are provided between the upper magnets 11 and the lower magnets 12. The upper magnets 11, the lower magnets 12 and the intermediate magnets 13 are arranged so that the respective opposed surfaces may face with pole faces of like-poles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
