WATERPROOFING PAN FOR BATHROOM AND BATHROOM USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing pan for a bathroom having a heat-reserving function and capable of being foam molded by using a general-purpose foam molding machine and a molding die. SOLUTION: The waterproofing pan for the bathroom is composed of a bottom member 7 providing upstanding sections 74a and 74b around the peripheral section of a bottom plate section 73 placing a bathtub 2 and a side wall member 8 connected at the upper end of the upstanding section 74a. The bottom member 7 is composed of a thermoplastic-resin foam layer 71 and a film surface layer 72 consisting of a thermoplastic resin laminated on the internal surface of the thermoplastic-resin foam layer 71. The side wall member 8 is constituted of a thermoplastic-resin foam, and has a height reaching the rim 21a of the bathtub 2 placed on the bottom plate section 73, and a wall-panel placing section 83 placing the wall panel 9 of the bathroom is formed. In the wall-panel placing section 83, the film surface layer 82 is laminated on the surface of the thermoplastic-resin foam layer 81 as a load dispersing layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
