Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door control system which enables a back door to be more simply opened than ever before. SOLUTION: This system (smart entry system) controls the locked/unlocked state of each door on the basis of the result of collation of ID codes by bidirectional communication between a portable electronic key (portable machine) and a vehicle-side unit. Touch sensors 6a1-6d1 for use in unlocking are provided inside handles 6a-6d of doors 11-14 for allowing a person to get on and off a vehicle, respectively, and touch sensors 6a3-6d3 for controlling the opening/closing of the back door 15 are provided outside the handles 6a-6d, respectively. When contact with the touch sensors 6a3-6d3 is detected for a fixed period of time or longer, the back door is opened/closed on condition that the ID code of the portable machine 1 is identified as the result of the collation of the ID codes.
