Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and highly accurately control the direction of the circumferential direction of a cylindrical vessel to a cylindrical vessel carried on a conveyor of a production line. SOLUTION: Both sides of a carrier conveyor 1 are provided with a sandwiching carrying mechanism 3 for sandwiching/rotating/carrying the cylindrical vessel, a detecting mechanism 4 detecting a reference image of the cylindrical vessel, and a buffer mechanism 6 when necessary, and controls the vessel direction, by simultaneously performing vessel carrying and vessel rotation for detecting the reference image, by freely switching the rotational direction of the sandwiching carrying mechanism.
