AUTOMATIC BROADCASTING FACILITY FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic broadcasting facility for a building, capable of easily informing a use condition of an elevator without approaching to a landing of the elevator at the time of abnormality and recovery of the elevator. SOLUTION: In this automatic broadcasting facility for the building having a broadcasting device 10 for at least one of emergency broadcasting and operation broadcasting in the building, the automatic broadcasting device 10 is provided with a voice synthesizer 9 recording beforehand caution broadcasting in response to an abnormality or a recovery condition of the elevator provided in the building and performing voice output of the caution broadcasting. When abnormality or recovery signals from the elevator are input, voice signals output by the voice synthesizer 9 are transmitted from speakers 11 provided in the building via the broadcasting device 10.
