Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform gas exchange by a permeation membrane. SOLUTION: The vehicular air cleaner is provided with the permeation membrane 21 having a first surface 21a contacted with outside air and a second surface 21b being a surface on its opposite side and contacted with internal air and selectively permeating oxygen and carbon dioxide so as to make uniform a concentration of oxygen and a concentration of carbon dioxide in a first first space 43 on the first surface 21a side and a second second space 44 on the second surface 21b side; and outside air flow generation means 23, 24 for generating a flow B of the outside air in the first first space 43.
