PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook device and a boat lifting device, in which the weight of a boat can be supported by a hook receiving metal fitting, so that a suspended load is not added to a wire rope when the boat is stored. SOLUTION: A protruded lock part 22 is provided at a lower end part of a hook 2 comprising a bar steel member 21 fixed to a distal end of the wire rope 1, so that a connection metal fitting 3 fixed to an object and the lock part 22 of the hook 2 are detachably connectable to each other. At an upper part of the bar steel member 21 composing the hook 2, a flange part 23 is provided to be engaged with a hook receiving part 117 of the hook receiving metal fitting 116 provided on a pulley 115 of a cradle 111.
