CORRUGATED PLATE PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated plate processing apparatus for giving a corrugated plate without causing cellular local deformation even if a metal carrier is inserted by pressure to a container by removing a step from a rolling terminal end part of the metal carrier. SOLUTION: The corrugated plate processing apparatus 10 comprises a divider part 100 for holding a corrugated plate 2 in a manner that a plurality of projections 101a to 103a to be engaged with valley parts of the corrugated plate 2 are made movable along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated plate 2, a block part 200 for moving the projections 101a to 103a along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated plate 2 with respectively different transfer degrees, and a forwarding cylinder 300 for pushing and extending the valley parts 2a of the corrugated plate 2 to respectively different lengths from the respective points where the valley parts 2a are joined with the projections 101a to 103a of the divider part 100 by extruding the block part 200 along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated plate 2 and consequently, the corrugated pitches at the rim part of the corrugated plate 2 are gradually widened and the corrugated height is made gradually lower.
