APPARATUS FOR HEATING MASHED SOYBEAN SOUP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for heating a mashed soybean soup, which controls heating unevenness and generation of foams being the problems of a batch type and releases a smell being the problem of a continuous type, arranges a steam injection pipe not in a buffer tank but in a pipe conduit so as to efficiently heat a mashed soybean soup while simplifying the structure of the buffer tank. SOLUTION: The apparatus for heating a mashed soybean soup is equipped with the buffer tank 1 equipped with an atmospheric air opening hole 12, a circulation pipe conduit 2 piped from the mashed soybean soup outlet 10 to the mashed soybean soup inlet 11 of the buffer tank, a circulation pump 20 installed in the middle of the circulation pipe conduit and the steam injection pipe 4 disposed in the pipe in the middle of the circulation pipe. The mashed soybean soup is heated by blowing-out steam from the steam injection pipe arranged in the circulation pipe conduit while circulating the mashed soybean soup in a mashed soybean soup circulation circuit 3 composed of the buffer tank and the circulation pipe conduit by the circulation pump.
