Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for examining cancer in large intestine, capable of detecting variations at a variation-expressing sector of an APC gene in a high frequency simply and in a good reproducibility and enabling the new accurate and efficient gene diagnosis of the cancer in the large intestine. SOLUTION: This method for examining the cancer in the large intestine is provided by analyzing the variations associated with cancerization in a high frequency variation expressing sector of the APC gene exon 15, K-ras gene and p53 gene exon 5-8 on a DNA sample isolated from a subject by using a primer set having a specific base sequence or substantially equivalent primer set to the same.
