RELAY ADAPTER, REMOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, REMOTE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND REMOTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security and convenience by expanding the range of remote control by managing, in a centralized manner, information required for monitoring or controlling each of installed equipments. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a relay adapter (28) connected to one or more devices each including a heat source machine (3) which burns fuel gases and heats water or a heat medium using heat of combustion, and connected to a management center (30) which monitors or remotely controls the devices, for relaying the devices and the management center. The relay adapter comprises: a time measuring means (calendar unit 92) for generating time information; a storage means (EEPROM 90) for storing operation information representing operating states of the devices and the time information generated by the time measuring means; and a control means (microcomputer 66) for sending the operation information and the time information stored in the storage means to the management center.
