SOLUTION: In the wireless communication system utilizing a taxi AVM system for performing wireless communication with at least one mobile station through a base station from a management center, the base station is provided with at least a wireless part, a data transmission request signal generation part and a polling signal generation part, and the base station repeatedly has the vehicle allocation response period of the mobile station.
