Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system in which the sensor signal from a sensor arranged in a robot is transmitted/received, communication is performed while eliminating constraint due to wiring or wireless communication by not using wiring or wireless communication in transmission/reception, and operational state is presented to a user. SOLUTION: In the information communication system for use in a robot, communication is performed between separated sensor signal transmitter 1 and a sensor signal receiver 2 by a full color optical signal. The transmitter 1 receives the sensor signal and generates an optical information signal consisting of a color signal based on a sensor identification signal and a luminance signal based on the output signal value of a sensor. A color LED 13 irradiates a light beam of the optical information signal by which a user can recognize the operational state. The spaced apart receiver 2 generates color information (color signal) which is extracted at an image processing section 22 from image data including the optical information signal picked up at the imaging section 21, and a sensor signal analysis section 23 generates the identification signal and the output value (sensor amount) of the sensor 3 for luminance information (luminance signal).
