Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-insulated electric apparatus composed by securing excellent insulation performance while considering global warming countermeasures. SOLUTION: This gas-insulated electric apparatus comprises: bus-side disconnectors 1a gas-partitioned by gas sectioning spacers 2; a transformer 1b for an instrument; a breaker 1c; a line-side disconnector 1d; and cable heads 1e. A pipe arrangement 3 for running an insulation gas in the inside thereof is extracted from the respective constituent units 1a-1e; and the pipe arrangement 3 is connected to an insulation gas maintenance management part 10 through valves 4 and a pump 5. The insulation gas maintenance management part 10 is composed of a cracked gas concentration monitoring part 12, a cracked gas adsorption part 11 and an insulation gas concentration monitoring part 13, and the pipe arrangement 3 are connected to the respective parts of the insulation gas maintenance management part 10 and thereafter re-connected to the respective constituent units 1a-1e through the valves 4. When the cracked gas is included in the insulation gas, the cracked gas can be removed by the cracked gas adsorption part 11, whereby degradation of high-voltage insulation performance can be recovered even for the gas-insulated electric apparatus in operation.
