PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data delivery system, a data contributor, a data acquisition device, a data contributing program, a data acquiring program, a data contributing program recording medium, and a data acquiring program storage medium capable of smooth and reliable delivery of data. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a data contributor 500 having a label image drawing part 520 for writing a storage position of data as at least a part of a label image on a label surface; and a data acquisition device 600 which has an image reading part 620 for reading the label image written to the label surface, a storage position recognition part 630 for recognizing the storage position from the label image, and a data storage part 640 for storing the data at a storage position equal to the storage position read by the storage position reading part 630.
