METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SURFACE RUGGED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a surface rugged sheet having a surface rugged structure without using inorganic or organic fine particles. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a surface rugged sheet includes: a first step of mixing a UV-curing resin material containing at least a pentaerythritol acrylate UV-curing resin material or tris(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate acrylate UV-curing resin material with polypropyleneglycol having no compatibility with the above UV-curing resin material to prepare a coating liquid; a second step of applying the coating liquid on a substrate to form a coating film having a phase separation structure in which the UV-curing resin material and the polypropyleneglycol are separated in phases; and a third step of subjecting the coating film to curing treatment to cure the UV-curing resin material to form a cured film having a fixed phase separation structure, and removing the polypropyleneglycol from the cured film to obtain a formed product having a surface rugged structure.
