AIR CONDITIONING/POWER GENERATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning/power generating system capable of equalizing performance of power generators by reducing imbalance in power generation among outdoor machines. SOLUTION: This air conditioning/power generating system has the plurality of outdoor machines 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d respectively comprising an engine 10 driving a compressor 12 on the basis of air conditioning load, the power generator 11 driven by excess power of the engine 10, and a system interconnecting invertor 33 controlling the increase and decrease of power generation of the power generator on the basis of incoming power from a commercial power source. The plurality of outdoor machines respectively have maximum power generation Pmax fluctuated by the air conditioning load, and a prescribed threshold value set to power generation Px smaller than the maximum power generation Pmax, and the plurality of outdoor machines 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are controlled separately in a stage of power generation to the threshold value and a stage of power generation to the maximum power generation.
