Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely separate evaporating fuel and prevent its transpiration to the atmosphere while minimizing increase in the size of a fuel tank due to a fuel transpiration prevention function. SOLUTION: In this fuel transpiration prevention structure, a space surrounded by an upper tank half body 16 and an inner plate 18 in a corner part of the fuel tank 5 serves as a canister chamber 20, and a bag body 23 formed of unwoven fabric etc. with permeability to gas and having an outer shape deformable with an adsorbent 22 filled is fitted to a mouthpiece 11a of a canister cap 11. Thus, evaporating gas generated in a fuel storing chamber 19 is adsorbed by the adsorbent 22 inside the bag body 23 and stored. As a result, while increase in the size of the fuel tank 5 is minimized, evaporating fuel can be securely separated and its transpiration to the atmosphere can be prevented.
