Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for producing an ultrafinery pulverized natural material which controls and prevents (seal) generation of unpleasant taste and unpleasant smell without separating a part of natural material which are not able to be pulverized by a single step, for example, a total material composition including such as peels and germs of soybeans, ultrafinery pulverizes with a wet type single step, and supplies the pulverized products to such as a functional food, a specific health food, a specific medical food, galemicals, a food raw matrial, a food additive, a cosmetic raw material, a biomass chelating agent, a ceramic additive, a cement additive, a pesticide additive, an animal feed additive, and an agriculture construction material. SOLUTION: A method and device for producing an ultrafinery pulverized natural material prevents generation of unpleasant taste and unpleasant smell from oxygen while ultrafinery pulverizing from the flow straightening crushing by using a dry type and wet type ground product and a roughly ground product of a total natural material in dry state, supplying organized components such as peels, germs, stalks and roots, which are not able to be crushed to a maximum particle size of 100μm or lower at a normal temperature during the supply to an ultrafinery pulverizing machine with the wet type single step, at the speed of passing a crushing zone while the components are not swelled and softened by water, and is capable of wet type ultrafinery pulverizing to the maximum particle size of 100μm or lower.
