Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro device in which a mixing operation and a reaction operation can be performed in high efficiency by actively promoting a mass transfer in a micro flow passage on the wall surface of which a catalyst is fixed and to provide a catalytic reaction method using the micro device. SOLUTION: The micro device 10 is provided with the micro flow passage 20A for mixing or reacting a plurality of reactive fluids with one another. One or more curved parts 32 are arranged on the micro flow passage 20A and the catalyst 21 taking part in the reaction operation is fixed on the inner wall surface of at least one curved part 32 in the whole flow passage.
