Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion type application coater by which sticking of liquid onto a beltlike supporting body at the time of starting application is improved when application is performed by using the extrusion type application coater, to provide production methods of an optical film and a coated matter produced by using the extrusion type application coater and to provide the optical film produced by the production method of the coated matter. SOLUTION: The extrusion type application coater applies a coating solution by an extrusion application system onto the beltlike supporting body which is continuously transported. In the extrusion type application coater, a coating solution ejection part has a solvent flowing down mechanism for making a solvent flowing down from a downstream side in a supporting body transporting direction and a part where the solvent flows down is covered with a resin member.
