Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element panel in which an organic EL element is not affected adversely by a heat when it is manufactured and operated and a deterioration of a pixel of the organic EL element does not occur. SOLUTION: The organic EL element panel is provided with a substrate, a plurality of organic EL elements which are formed on the substrate and have a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode arranged on the substrate in this order, a power source cabling connected electrically with a plurality of the first electrodes or a plurality of the second electrodes, and a drawing-out cable connected electrically with the power source cabling. A radiating member to radiate a heat of a connecting part between the power source cabling and the drawing-out cabling is formed on the drawing-out cabling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
