Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude stress from being applied onto a block constituting the laser resonator of a ring laser gyro, even if the temperature varies. SOLUTION: This ring laser gyro is provided with a bottom plate 10, a plurality of base parts 20 arranged on the bottom plate 10, and a plurality of vibrating parts 30 jointed and supported by the base parts 20. Each of the vibrating parts 30 comprises an outer circumferential part 31, inscribed with an attaching hole of the block of the ring laser gyro, and a vibrating beam 32 extended from the outer circumferential part 31. Each of base parts 20 comprises a jointing part 21 jointed with an inner end of the vibration beam 32, and a pair of extension parts 22 extended from the jointing part 21 toward the outer circumferential part 31, and is fixed with the bottom plate 10 on an extended end side of the extension part 22. Respective radial dimensions L1, L2, L3, and linear expansion coefficients α1, α2, α3of the bottom plate 10, the base part 20 and the vibrating part 30 are selected so as to satisfy expression: L1α1+L3α3=L2α2.
