Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor fan in which propagation of vibration is suppressed to improve the level of silentness. SOLUTION: This motor fan comprises a casing forming an air flow passage, a rotatable impeller disposed in the casing, ball bearings slidably held on a bearing box formed integrally with the casing for pivotally supporting the impeller, a rotor formed mainly of a permanent magnet for driving the impeller, and a stator facing the inner peripheral surface of the rotor with a small space interposed therebetween and fixedly held on the outer peripheral surface of the bearing box. All the ball bearings formed in a pair and fitted to the bearing box are so formed that the step surface of the bearing box and the outer ring press against each other through an elastic member to pivotally support a rotating part. Desirably, the elastic member is formed of an annular plate spring or a hard rubber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
