Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a foundation for soil improvement and a reduction in ground subsidence, which enables soil improvement work and subsidence prevention work to be concurrently performed for liquefied ground, which enables a reduction in construction cost and the shortening of a construction period, which can prevent a soil improvement effect from decreasing due to a difference in construction order, which can reduce an environmental load, and which can easily cope with the reduction of the subsidence within a wide load range. SOLUTION: In this construction method for the foundation for the soil improvement and the reduction of the ground subsidence, a spread foundation and a pile, which does not reach a bearing ground layer, are used for the liquefied ground 10. The construction method comprises: a step of placing a soil improving material with a pitch for a liquefaction countermeasure by a placing machine for soil improvement, and compacting the soil improving material, so as to form a soil improving pile 12; and a step of placing the soil improving material by the placing machine for soil improvement, depending on a load of a building, and of subsequently supplying the solidification material to the soil improving material placed by the placing machine for soil improvement, so as to solidify it and form a solidified pile 16.
