DEMOLITION METHOD AND MAINTENANCE METHOD FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition method with excellent workability and stability, which employs a scaffold for curing, capable of being easily lowered to a lower-story side to an upper-story side along with the advance of work during the demolition of a high-rise building, and surrounding only the outer peripheries of a plurality of minimum stories required for demolition work. SOLUTION: The outer peripheries of a plurality of prescribed stories including a demolition object story of the highrise building 3 are enclosed with the curing scaffold 1; the curing scaffold 1 is connected to the highrise building 3 by means of a supporting bracket 15; the respective stories are sequentially demolished in order from the upper stories of the highrise building 3 to the lower ones thereof; and the curing scaffold 1 is lowered in accordance with each shift of the demolition object story to the lower story.
