MOBILE SCAFFOLD AND NON-POWERED LOWERING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile scaffold which can be lowered to a lower-story side from an upper-story side in a non-powered manner along with the advance of work by enclosing only the outer peripheries of a plurality of minimum stories, required for demolition work, with a scaffold, during the demolition of the structure. SOLUTION: This mobile scaffold 1 comprises: a scaffold frame 11 which is vertically provided along an outer peripheral surface 5 of a high-rise building 3, and assembled from a scaffolding board 7 and a connecting material 9; four rails 19 which are juxtaposed on the highrise-building 3 side of the scaffold frame 11 in such a manner that a longitudinal direction is almost vertical; a non-powered lowering means 13 for supporting the rails 19 and the scaffold frame 11 so that they can be lowered by their self-weight; and a supporting bracket 15, the one-end side of which is detachably attached to the means 13, and the other-end side of which is detachably attached to the prescribed story of the high-rise building 3.
