Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of an acrylic resin molding, especially a pellet, a film or a sheet; which has high transparency and outstanding optical properties, and can inhibit color development while fully suppressing formation of foreign substances, such as polymer gels, polymer carbides, etc. even when heated under mold processing. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the acrylic resin molding, which includes a step of mold processing an acrylic resin with glass transition temperature of 115°C or higher by melt extrusion process using a molding machine; wherein the melt extrusion process conducts an operation to hold the acrylic resin, at a state of 70°C or higher and 5 volume% in oxygen concentration, before melting it.
