Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing organic acid, an organic acid production device and waste water treatment equipment capable of attaining the saving of energy. SOLUTION: The organic acid production device 1 is provided with: a temperature control part 2 for controlling the temperature of raw sludge; and a fermentation tank 27 where raw sludge whose temperature is controlled is anaerobically fermented, so as to obtain organic acid. The temperature control part 2 has a heat pump 51 for making treated water obtained by waste water treatment using organic acid into a hot energy source or a cold energy source, and performs warming or cooling for raw sludge using the heat pump 51.
