Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for delivering an implant such as an embolic coil with the accurate arranging ability and rapid implant release response time. SOLUTION: This device to be used for occluding a cavity of a human body is provided with a wire and a detachable occlusive implant connected to the wire freely to be detached from the wire by the hydraulic pressure. The fluid can comprise a gas. When delivering an implant such as an embolic coil to a selected location inside a mammal, this occlusive implant delivery assembly provides the accurate arranging ability and rapid implant release response time. In addition, the implant releasing mechanism generally operates without exerting any significant force on the implant, and thereby avoiding any significant displacement of the implant during release.
