Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous medical agent discharging or sampling apparatus which is of a low price, can be manufactured by high-volume productivity and reproducibly, (in other words, without appropriate variation with respect to each apparatus), and is suitable for increasing percutaneous fluidity which perforates the skin by very weak insertion force. SOLUTION: The percutaneous medical agent discharging or sampling apparatus 10 has a sheet 6 with at least one opening part 8 and two or more micro-blades 4 which perforate the skin and increase the percutaneous fluidity of a medical agent. The micro-blades 4 have anterior edges 11 and 11' where a comparatively sharp angle is attached.
