Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance training apparatus allowing a user to selectively and effectively strengthening the muscle of a prescribed portion of a body by a high synergistic effect with a balance training executed by rocking a seat part. SOLUTION: This balance training apparatus 1 applies an exercise load to a user A by rocking the seat part 2 where the user A sits astride by a rocking means 3. This apparatus is provided with a seating attitude changing means 6 deforming the shape of a buttock mount part 5 of the seat part 2 by inflation/deflation of an air bag 4 incorporated in the seat part 2 and changing the gradient angle of the upper half body of the seating user A.
