Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene expression controlling polynucleotide. SOLUTION: The gene expression controlling polynucleotide 1 contains a TPP link structure-forming region composed of stem loop-forming regions P1 to P5 in a thiamine diphosphate (TPP) binding riboswitch of eukaryote, and the 5'-terminal and the 3'-terminal are 5'-splice part and 3'-splice part of the TPP binding riboswitch in the presence of TPP. The gene expression controlling polynucleotide 1 suppresses, as shown in the Figure 1, the expression of a desired gene for expression control in the absence of TPP or its analog and induces the expression of the gene in the presence of TPP or its analog by placing the polynucleotide in a transcriptional region of the gene.
