VIDEO RECORDING CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the deletion of recorded video data by continuously recording video images without interruption, without preparing useless auxiliary machines in addition to an ordinarily operating system or requiring the costs of installing a control device for performing centralized control. SOLUTION: Video images from monitoring cameras 10 to 17 are recorded by a video recording apparatus 41, video images from monitoring cameras 20 to 24 are recorded by a video recording apparatus 42, and video images from monitoring camera 30 to 32 are recorded by a video recording apparatus 43. The video recording apparatus 41 monitors the operation of the video recording apparatus 43, the video recording apparatus 42 monitors the operating of the video recording apparatus 41, the video recording apparatus 43 monitors the operation of the video recording apparatus 42 respectively by circulating relay system. For example, when the video recording apparatus 43 can not record video images, the video recording apparatus 41 detects them and records the recorded video images instead of the video recording apparatus 43.
