SOLUTION: A terminal board 1 has a plurality of terminal electrode films 11-13 on its one surface, and a magnetic plate 2 is mounted on the one surface of the terminal board 1. A magnetic rotor 2 is mounted on the magnetic plate 2, and lead electrode films 321-323 of a center electrode film 32 are connected to the terminal electrode films 11-13 via a conductive joining material. A magnet 4 is arranged in relation of facing a magnetic rotor 3.
